- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I took a Kundalini Cacoa Yoga workshop with Sjha’ra and Shaa not knowing what to expect, I had been under a lot of stress so really needed some healing. Emerging from it, I was blissfully alive, pleasantly satisfied, with a sense of freedom, warmth, peacefulness and could embrace love. The level was fantastic for beginners and experienced alike. The warm Cacao we sipped during the meditation and chanting, gave me a feeling of happiness and overwhelming calmness. The Yoga and dance was fantastic, releasing my spirit of woman and making my whole chakra come alive, I felt so happy and freed from tension.
